Supreme Court with all orders issued in any action related to the James Brown estate and the martial status of Brown and Tommie Rae Hynie, the widow of the late musician. A South Carolina Supreme Court case over the estate of the late James Brown is getting more perplexing, attorneys said Wednesday, as a recent court order has put the case on hold until further notice.
