Bootsy's Rubber Band to play Fillmore

Bass player Bootsy Collins created his distinctive sound with the Original J.B.'s, the band behind James Brown hits like "Sex Machine." He went on to help George Clinton 's Parliament/Funkadelic tear the roof off the sucker in the '70s and '80s.
